PACKAGES

STANDARD PACKAGE – £15/m2

QUESTIONNAIRE

Ahead of your appointment with your designer, we’ll ask you to fill in a questionnaire about your preferences.

STUDIO CONSULTATION

1. Our designer will go through the answers to your questionnaire, and get to know more about your preferences.

2. Our designer will walk you through the design process, answer any questions you may have, and together you’ll list all of the items that you think you’ll need.

3. With this in mind, they’ll give you an initial estimate of material costs at three quality levels.

UPDATED ESTIMATE

With accurate measurements to hand, your designer will send you an updated estimate, of which we’ll ask you to pay 25%, before the fun really starts.

HOME VISIT

Your designer will evaluate space and light, and then measure the room(s). The room’s purpose and user lifestyle will also be discussed.

APPOINTMENT

Our designer becomes your dedicated designer. We’ll confirm the exact level of service you need and the items that you need us to procure. At this stage, we ask for a £300 deposit in advance of your home visit.

LAYOUTS

Your designer will send you a layout
and furniture plan. We’re happy to make revisions at a small fee of £20 per layout.

STUDIO PRESENTATION

Your designer will invite you back into our studio to showcase their design concept, as a comprehensive document supported by a case of tactile samples. If you’ve paid for wall visualisations and 3D visualisations, these will be also be presented.

We’ll ask you to pay the 75% balance, and then you can take away your design concept + samples. We’ll immediately start liaising with suppliers, procuring materials, and confirming delivery dates.

Your designer will send you 2D layouts including wall elevations, a furniture plan, lighting schematic, electric/audiovisual layout, heating/cooling/ventilation layout. Any revisions you’d like can be discussed before finalising.*

Your designer will invite you back into our studio to showcase two alternative design concepts, as comprehensive documents supported by a case of tactile samples.

Wall finishes will be presented as large samples where possible to give you a better feel for how your new space will feel.
Wall visualisations and 3D visualisations will be also be presented.

We’ll ask you to pay the 75% balance, and then you can take away your chosen design concept + samples. We’ll immediately start liaising with suppliers, procuring materials, and confirming delivery dates.
